Dispatch

All items that are in stock are dispatched by 3pm daily. This means you can expect your products within 1-2 working days. If you have ordered a custom product, or a product is out of stock, please read the item listing for an indication of dispatch times. You will receive a notification when your order ships in any case.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for standard delivery on consignments up to 2kg in weight due to their coverage, value and quality of service. Express items or items that weigh over 2kg will be shipped by DPD. For orders shipped by DPD you will receive tracking updates.
